Portrait Study

Portrait Study 8"x10" watercolor
This is a little study for an upcoming larger portrait. I love that the kids will still go along with photo shoots in their regalia. Not too many eye rolls or goofy faces this time! I love it!

Mesmerising...I think I have seen one of your paintings with similier headgear somewhere - this boy looks familier:)Great background and even better lighting!

I think it's amazing what you do with watercolour. This painting is so powerful with such strong light on the face and huge contrast in the background.

Thank you Sandeep, can't wait to finish the new portrait myself!

Yes you have seen "Yellow Hammer's Brother" before, I'll be doing more of him as he grows.

Hi Frank! Thank you for visiting! I like dramatic lighting! I'll be visiting your blog often!
